"Well vacume was leaking on korando hubs, so I have followed the advice of Gordon Cooks post and modified mine.
M10 bolt through centre cap and nut welded to a plate fixed on the outside ofcentre cap.
Internally i have drilled through the top hat to allow M10 bolt to pass through it and carefully welded M8 washer onto the end of the main bolt. This allows the bolt to be screwed in when I want the cogs to engage .I have put a spring over the M10 bolt between the internal side of the centre cap and the outer face of the top hat and this is what engages the cogs when the vehicle moves forward.
To disengage simply unscrew central M10, pulling back the top hat compressing the spring and allowing the hubs to dissengage.
All now works, so hopefully ready now ready to play.
Bye for now Rich."
