With all the snow we have been getting we decided to try and get to our land near the Valles Caldra in the Jemez mountains near Los Alamos New Mexico USA. We usually get tons of snow but we have had a 6 year drought. So finally we are getting snow again. We had to go play in it. Our goal was to get to our Wildlife refuge.

What a great day!

I and my family in the T-Rex and Rob in his open top Ramcharger. His Ramcharger is sporting a built 360, dual exhaust, serious body mods, 36 inch Irocs, locked rear, 44 front, and a heater working overtime trying to keep him warm. He is swapping in a 60 rear and front, and finishing his cage before we hit Moab in April. Here are some pictures:

Driving in.... no deep snow yet.

Getting deeper! Now up to 9300 ft in elevation and still climbing. Snow about 3 1/2 -4 feet deep. Aired down for max floatation.

It is no more difficult that a regular Truck of its size. That is its only weakness is turning radious. Otherwise this truck will go anywhere!!
