Godkjenning av Kufangerer tilbaketrekkes?

Æ har hørt at alle som har fådt det påskreve i vognkortet før 2006 ikke kan bli inntrukket, ett eller anna med lova og regla om tilbakevirkende kraft

Her er hva Cobra skriver på sin hjemmeside, så man må ha dem godkjent i år og da ser det ut til at vi kan ha dem på etter 1 januar også.

Suggestion for the regulation of the European Parliament and council about the expenditure of Front-Guards on vehicles and the alteration of the regulation 70/156/EWG of the council.

Therefore the uncertainty regarding to this topic has gone.

The main elements of this regulation are:

In future there will be new binding technical regulations regarding construction, fitting and testing of Front-Guards.

The current made Front-Guards can be sold until the 31.12.2005 and after this date there is no need to take them off.
