Sorry, but I don't think it is possible anymore to import a Niva as "varebil". The conversion mentioned above, will probably not be enough to import a Niva as "varebil". The Norwegian authorities have changed the rules for "varebil" since Niva last was sold in Norway. Among other things, you now have to able to fit an imaginery box with the dimensions 140 cm (length) x 90 cm (width) x 105 cm (heigth). Larger cars than Niva is no longer possible to import to Norway as "varebil", and because of this I doubt that you will be able to get a Niva into Norway as "varebil".
