Har i dag fått en ny mail ifra Australia, samme firma som jeg fikk fra
igår og som jeg la ut her lenger opp på siden.
<font color="red">Svein,
Thank you for your response. In a recent winch test the T-Max 9500 performed very well against every winch imported to Australia. The Warn 9500 did not perform as well as the T-Max and the T-Max was around $AU600 less expensive. Our group of stores sells a great deal of T-Max winches and we are also Warn distributors but most stores now Favour the T-Max.
It seems to be a very well made winch and the range is very good as is the price. As an example we sell the Warn 9500 for $AU1985 and we sell the T-Max 9500 for $AU1295. T-Max is making some real market penetration into Australia.
Wherever I go in the 4x4 world I hear stories about ARB making up stories about its competitors and their products and as we say “bagging” the competitor. Bagging means criticising or knocking the opposition. In sales training it is the first rule not to criticise your competitors. They are famous for it.
At the SEMA Show in the US they criticised me to a company whose products we import and told them that we were nothing in Australia and that they have every product that they want and told them not to do any business with me and so on. They did not realise that the guy is a very good friend of mine and I stay at his parent’s house when I am in LA.
I hope you do very well with the T-Max range and if we can ever help with any of our products from here please let me know.
Good luck,
Ralph </font id="red">
