The only conversion challenge will be the front suspension. The 2wd has coils and swingarms in the front. This can be replaced with either leaf springs or keep the coils and use control arms to place your front axle.
Most likely the tranny in that Ramcharger is a 727 with a long out put shaft. The 727 is a great tranny, very tough. however the long output shaft is for the 2wd vehicles and you would need a short output shaft and adapter to hook up to a transfer case, unless you put in your own divorsed tranfer case and built some brakets to hold it in place after the long shaft tranny.
There are alot of options and it could be a fun project. Let me know what you decide to do.
