Modifications registration

Good day. I'm from Latvia. I'm working with off road cars customizing and modification for light and extreme off road. I planned to move to Norway, and thinking about working in same stream in Norway. Maybe somebody cantell me about is this type ofmodifications is necessary in your country, and some information about sertification of changes , can i register modificated cars as standart or i need to make sport vehicle registration& I will be glad to get any informations about it. To put it simple, you're moving to the worst country car-wise.
It's not big modifications you're allowed to do, if at all.
You might run into trouble trying to register a car with too much light... In a country that's dark half the year!
Big wheels, lifts, winch mounts, custom bumpers, etc etc and so are almost hopeless to get approved.
