One place I know that does ship outside the US is Independent 4x. He also happens to be the leader in solid axle conversion parts for Isuzu's. You might also try Sky Manufacturing, they deal mostly in Toyota stuff, but alot of the parts they sell work very nicely on Isuzu's also. I'll put links to both of their websites at the bottom of this message.
Here's a list of items you'll need to get. I'll list where to get them in ( ). This may not be a complete list, but it should cover most of what you'll need.
1. An axle. Most folks use either a Toyota front axle or a Dana 44 from a Jeep Wagoneer(1974-1979). I'm thinking the Toyota axle would be easier for you to get at home in Norway.
2. Steering linkage. Most guys build there's from a kit( Independent 4x or Sky Manufacturing)
3. Gears. You'll most probably need to re gear whatever axle you go with. The only gear ratio that Isuzu's and Toyotas have in common are 4.56:1. This is stock in your Trooper, but probably not in the Toyota. Dana 44 and Isuzu share a few ratios. 4.56 and 5.38(independent 4x or Sky Manufacturing)
4.Shackles. These attach you springs to you frame(Indy 4x or Sky)
5.Wheel spacers. If you use a Toyta axle then you'll need to use spacers to widen it to match the rear Isuzu. If you use a Waggoneer Dana 44 then you'll need to use the spacers to widen the Isuzu rear. Both setup would require 1.5" spacers (Sky)
6. Driveshafts. You'll need to have your driveshafts rebuilt. The rear will need to be converted to a 1 piece shaft and lengthened. The front will need to be rebuilt to attach to the new axle and adjusted for length.
7. Brakelines. You'll need to get longer brakelines (Indy 4x or Sky)
