Hi people!!

I have a few quastion about modification car in Norway and i can't find anywhere technical rules about that. My case look like that. I would like to mod a Jeep Wrangler JK 2013 Sahara Unlimited for more offroad car.
1. Lift up suspension. How high I can do to still drive on the public road?
2'...? 3'....? 4'...?
2. Put on bigger tires. The biggest?
33'?  35'?  37'?  i Know that Arctic Truck Hilux can have 37' is it the same with Wrangler?
I will be very grateful for any help.
MVH for everyone!

You can modify the car with any lift you want, as long as you can find lift KIT with TUV certificates. Then you can get the lift written into the registration certificate by the Norwegian DMV, and it´s road legal. Normally, you can get lift kits up to 3 or 4,5inches with TUV. Same goes with rims, you need rims with TUV for that wheel size on that type of car. Check f.ex http://www.asp-eberle.de, they have lift kits and rims that can be used together.
